We got a room with a single queen sized bed for the wife and I. Room looked like it was just recently built. Modern looking and functional. Plenty of places for your things. It appeared that most rooms had a balcony. Ours had a table with 2 chairs. It was a nice area to decompress after a busy day. We could see the sea from our balcony. The hotel has parking available for guests, but I would contact the hotel about availability. I believe there are more rooms than parking spots. During the busy summer months, parking may become an issue. The Sarande promenade is about 0.75 miles (1.2 ?K) walk down the road from the hotel. The scenery during the walk is worth it.The hotel is in the middle of town with plenty of shopping nearby. The Sarande castle was about 5 min drive from the hotel. The sun room common area has plenty of seats and even a tree growing thru it. The owners did a really nice job of making that room feel inviting. We had our breakfast in the sun room and the morning sun made it feel comfy. If your lucky you may see the furry residents that spend time in the sun room. One in particular çokollatë came up and got so many head scratches.
