"Overall check in time was very late. Not many guests so not sure why it took so long. Mold smell in room, back door to pool didn’t work well, and a ton of fruit flies in the dining area. Overall cleanliness near the food area wasn’t great. Just an ok experience. "

"Let’s start with the many positives of this experience: - location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and with bars and shops on your doorstep - rooms are very big and have a balcony, good air-conditioning and a safe - beds are long - shower pressure is excellent, the olive oil toiletries too - everything feels very clean and tidy - the pool area has many sun-beds - staff is polite and friendly and there is an app to request the time your room is made up - breakfast and dinner buffet offer good variety, were different every night and included meat fish vegetables and local specialities. Items are constantly replenished and overall I think meals are excellent value - overall, it’s a very good experience. The following would require improvement, small adjustments would allow to step up from good to excellent: - when you book a double, as a couple, you expect a double bed or at least not to have single sheets and single mattress toppers, that leave a gap between you and your partner during the night. We basically slept in separate twin beds for a week. The bed itself is ok but I didn’t enjoy the twin bed set-up or find it relaxing when on holiday with my partner! - bathroom towels are small and rather thin - the hotel’s beach has no sun-beds (but the nearby beach does at 7 euros a day) - no private parking…we had no issues street parking in October but I wonder how busy this may get in peak season - the coffee from the machine at breakfast could be better. "

"We had a terrible experience. This property is not managed 24h. The owner comes by only when it's needed. Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it. She said she lives 15 min away and will come by when it's needed. We mentioned that we will have to leave early in the morning of our departure day. She instructed us to leave keys in the room and the hotel gate will open with a hand gesture at the door. The gate didn't operate when we were leaving. We were on the verge of missing our ferry. We contacted her but didnt get any response. We had to ask another hotel guest to use their key card to let us out. The communication with management is unacceptable level to a point that it hindered us leaving with wrong instruction. The property was built with cheap material without any proper ventilation. Our suite stinks with sewage smell. It was hard to tolerate. Breakfast was included to our room charge. What we received was cold omelette and cold coffee. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."
