Nice hotel, good facilities, conveniently located

Friendly and helpful staff, great location for old and new town and trams, WiFi connected, also able to connect from the neighbouring cafe.. Sarajevo is a fantastic city with plenty to do and nice people. Enjoyed my stay.

ホテルは駅やバスステーションからトラム１で12分ぐらい。旧市街地には徒歩数分の位置。部屋は清潔で、静か。朝食はハム、ソーセージなどがあり、とても美味しい。２日目１日かけて乗合タクシーでヴィシェグラードに行く。2人だったので一60€。世界遺産になるだけの価値がある。

Hyvä hotelli keskustassa

Parasta hotellissa on sen sijainti Sarajevon keskustassa vanhan kaupungin tuntumassa. Monipuolinen aamiainen sisältyi huonehintaan. Huoneen siisteydestä huolehdittiin hyvin. Suihkutilan hiljattain maalattu lattiapinta tuli hyvin liukkaaksi. Käsikahva auttaisi pesutilanteessa. Ainoa miinus tulee huoneen kokolattiamatosta.

Good place in rhe centre of Sarajevo

I had a problem with bill, that made an impact on my stay. I was not satisfied. There was too hot in the room. I asked two times to set A/C. It wasn’t done.

Location !!!

For me it is the best location to explore sarajevo especially if you have to park a car. Very central, clean, all you need.

Front desk was very nice during check in! However, there were NO toothbrushes, NO complementary water, NO boiler in the room. During checking out, we were given WRONG INFORMATION pertaining to the bus to airport. Due to this, we went on wild goose chase looking for the bus when there wasn’t one!!!

Last Stay at Hotel Bosnia

I had stayed at the Hotel Bosnia before as part of a small group so when I was visiting Bosnia and was going to be in Sarajevo for several days I naturally chose Hotel Bosnia. the hotel Issa very convienent location in city center and close to many of the city's tourist attractions. I was traveling with a friend and we arrived mid-morning after taking a train from Mostar and of course did not expect to check in early and stored our luggage and toured some local attractions. We returned to the hotel at 1:00 and waited until 2:00, the check in time. Even though we were seated directly in front of reception, the clerk did not acknowledge our presence until I went to the desk and asked if we could check in. When checking out, I asked the same clerk to call a taxi and he went on to do other things. Needless to say with silver & gold status with two major hotel chairs, on future visits to Sarajevo I will stay at one of their properties. Since I had stayed there previously I under stood the control system installed in the rooms, my friend did not and wondered why nothing in the room worked. The room system requires your room key be placed in a control panel to operate lights and air conditioning. This was not explained to me at any visit, but learned from electrical engineer who was part of my small group during my first visit.

Well located not far from the old town , reception really helpful , but remember it's on a main road , typical breakfast buffet , enjoyable , bed comfortable

Uncomfortable bed, but cheap

Decent hotel for the price, but very uncomfortable bed. Front desk also charged me a few dollars extra despite pre-paying on Hotels.com in advance. Hallways smelled of old smoke, but rooms were ok and windows opened. Cheap enough and close enough to sights to make it tolerable.

Güzel bir orta seviye otel

3 gece konakladık, toplam 3 oda tuttuk. Yeri güzel. Merkeze çok yakın. Odalar temiz ancak çok küçük. Klima en fazla 23,5 derece çıkıyor. Bu yüzden kış şartlarına göre oda soğuktu. Kahvaltı orta dereceli. Genel olarak memnunduk.
