The view in the morning, lighting, design, and other accommodations and facilities on site were great! The staff were helpful and answered all of our questions. "It was quite far away from Groningen train station (around 25 mins walk), but the bus service was convenient. The room was clean. However, the toilet lid was broken and couldn't be fixed despite the front desk was informed. As compensation, I was offered complimentary breakfast which offered a wide variety of food and drink options."
