Tive uma boa experiência, considerando a expectativa de reserva em um quarto mais simples. Area comum ótima, cardápio delicioso com ótimo custo benefício. Senti dificuldades pra usar o telefone do quarto e as toalhas não eram muito novas 😅

Foi ótima! O hotel tem uma vista linda, porém em alguns pontos não está tão bem conservado. Ficamos no quarto localizado do outro lado da avenida e na questão infraestrutura deixou bastante a desejar. Banheiro pequeno, barulhento, com problemas no esgoto. As refeições servidas no hotel são excelentes!

Café da manhã péssimo! Alimentos fora da temperatura ideal, pães secos e duros. Na hora do almoço pedi um peixe e veio salgado. Tentei jantar um filé mignon e não souberam fazer. As condições da instalação deixa a desejar. Pia rachada e tampa do vaso encardida. Toalhas em péssimas condições.

Lugar agradável e boas energias!

O lugar é incrível, em meio a uma vegetação maravilhosa, quartos confortáveis, atendimento impecável da recepção e de parte do restaurante, ótima limpeza. Apenas nos quartos, precisa ter alguns lugares para pendurar as roupas de banho molhadas (algum varal de chão) e no banheiro colocar algum armário. Quanto ao restaurante, o atendimento em parte é excelente, porém, fazem muita confusão nos pedidos de comida e de bebida (isso quando não esquecem). Mesmo assim, é um ótimo lugar para relaxar!

Decepcionante

Falta de filtragem na piscina, goteiras em cima da cama da minha filha, apenas dois canais infantis disponíveis na “TV a cabo” que não funciona c tempo nublado, que é qdo se precisa dele, afinal ninguém vai ficar vendo tv, se o tempo estiver bom… poucos guarda-sois, pois só havia 9 disponíveis e pedimos um e não havia mais nenhum… petiscos no cardapio( coxinha, bolinho de queijo e quadradinho de tapioca) que não estão disponíveis, então tirem do cardápio… além do hotel ser pé na areia, mas do lado de um “córrego” … não é geralmente a praia que se espera, mas isso não é responsabilidade do hotel, apenas omissão na descrição, claro!Fora o serviço que é sofrível! Tive que ouvir do atendente que depois de fazer meu pedido, quando vier a comida EU TENHO QUE LEMBRA-LOS DAS BEBIDAS pq a comanda já foi p recepção e eles ESQUECEM!!!Tb esqueceram os acompanhamentos dos pratos! Eu que tive que mostrar no cardápio! Realmente uma coisa pior que a outra. Ah, e soube de outros hóspedes que em outros quartos tb houve goteiras. Decepcionante.

Falta muita manutenção no geral (quarto e áreas comuns). Encontramos baratas (vivas) no corredor, quarto e quiosque/restaurante. Estacionamento é um mangue (literalmente), e você não consegue acessar por dentro do hotel se estiver chovendo.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito completa, cadeira e guarda sol na praia, comida ótima com preços muito justos. A localização muito boa (próximo ao centro e a balsa), atendimento da recepção um pouco confuso mas o do restaurante foi ótimo.

Fiquei no quarto do outro lado da avenida, com uma criança de um ano ficou muito ruim para ficar atravessando para ir para a area comum do hotel, restaurante, piscina e praia, sabia que o quarto nao era no mesmo predio os quartos mais nao que teria que atravessar uma avenida com risco de ser atroplado.
