O pessoal do HOTEL é nota mil!
Foi boa! O pessoal foi mega camarada comigo. 1o. tive problemas com o voo SP São Luís - não perdi minha reserva. 2a. entrei num quarto com muito cheiro de mofo e comentei na recepção. Me trocaram. 3o. devido a ter chegado muito tarde, o que seria feito no final da tarde de 24/01, foi em partes suprida em 27/01 e com isso me atrasei muito até para o late checkout pedido e o gerente não me cobrou. Isso foi mm camaradagem, empatia e cordialidade por minhas expectativas.

Estadia curta. Porém, acho que poderiam observar melhor a questão da limpeza. Assim que entrei no quarto, logo senti aquele cheio de ambiente fechado há muito tempo. Ao abrir a janela, percebi que havia muita poeira na mesma. E tive uma situação um pouco mais delicada, que foi quando eu vi duas baratinhas andando pela mesa.
Pode ter sido um erro meu não ter comunicado a recepção, mas, eu estava chegando somente pra dormir.
Buffet de café da manhã maravilhoso! Tudo muito gostoso, com muita fartura, atendimento ótimo.
Fomos atendidos por duas senhoras super simpáticas.

Deveriam retirar - restaurante no local - das divulgações caso ainda não esteja funcionando.
O hotel tem grande potencial para melhorar a estadia já que a tarifa é superior a hotéis do mesmo padrão na região.
Sinal wi-fi fraco. TV smart no quarto mas sem acesso a internet.
Hotel próximo ao aeroporto, região deficiente de restaurante.
Para quem está de passagem (pernoite) é satisfatório para que necessita ficar mais tempo tem pequenos detalhes a melhorar.

Opção de pernoite perto do aeroporto
O local é razoável e depende do objetivo. Para mim serviu por ser um local bem próximo ao aeroporto e com café da manhã. Mas vale considerar que, exceto pelo fácil acesso ao aeroporto, não é uma boa localização. O local é bem simples porém o quarto foi confortável e suficiente para 1 pernoite. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. E o café da manhã é bem simples, pouquissimas opções.
