Na recepção fomos bem recebidos. Caso você esteja de carro e queira usar o estacionamento do hotel é necessário pagar 12,00 pela diária. O café da manhã é bom, só não gostei do fedor de azedo que tem nos pratos (acredito que seja por causa do pano de prato que secam os mesmo). Ate passei álcool antes de usar, mas continuou. As toalhas do hotel não são cheirosas. Teve um dia que o lençol estava fedendo também 😩. Fede a roupa mal lavada. A sorte minha é que sempre ando com água perfuma e deu uma melhorada. Ficamos 5 dias O hotel fica perto de alguns restaurantes que funcionam à noite, dá pra ir andando.

Vale a pena pelo valor cobrado

Foram 14 dias neste hotel, quarto 415. Camas boas e banho muito bom. Excelente localização. Café da manhã foi tenso porque quase sempre cheio, com poucas variedades e tínhamos que aguardar a reposição. Diversificavam as 2 frutas oferecidas. A funcionária Maria era a simpatia e eficiência na troca das toalhas e limpeza do quarto. Parabéns.

Excelente localização. Ótimo preço. A Viagem era de negocio, gostei do hotel. Ficamos no 1° andar e a única reclamação foi o barulho das portas batendo e das malas se arrastando. Fora isso tudo foi excelente.

Vale a pena, apesar do colchão e do ar fraco

O hotel é muito bem localizado, relativamente próximo da Praia da Ponta D'Areia. Próximo a dois restaurantes, um empório chique, farmácia, a um Subway e uma boa pizzaria anexo ao hotel. O mesmo possui uma lavanderia rápida de 30 mins também no anexo. Quarto limpo, banheiro idem, ducha razoável. O forte do hotel é a localização e o café da manhã. Deixou a desejar no ar condicionado fraco (o controle não fica com o hóspede. Esse não tem direito a aumentar, diminuir, baixar ou aumentar temperatura) e no colchão da cama desgastado. Muito incômodo pois o colchão afunda ao deitar. O administrador do hotel deve pensar nesses pontos.

Nos hospedamos por 3 dias em um final de semana e adoramos o serviço do hotel. Fomos bem atendidos na recepção, quarto limpo, café da manhã bom, localização excelente. O hotel também possui uma vila com lojas entre elas uma pizzaria. A única ressalva é em relação a ter uma porta no quarto que ficamos, que dava pra outro quarto, a mesma estava trancada, mas dava pra ouvir o que se passava no quarto ao lado, comprometendo assim a privacidade de ambos os quartos. Mas no geral, o hotel atende muito bem as expectativas.

Hotel caro e não é essas coisas!

Atendimento ruim dos recepcionistas. Me receberam mal, me mandaram para um apartamento já com outra pessoa hospedada. Abri o quarto, o outro hóspede no banheiro. Situação horrível. Café da manhã fraco, poucas opções. Atendentes do café eram estranhos, não falavam nada com as pessoas. Sem falar que não entrada eles negavam ter apartamentos a disposição. Recepção sem água. Passamos a noite com sede. Valores praticados totalmente fora da realidade. Caríssimo. Enfim, decepcionante.
