Overall great. The facilities were organized and clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room were clean and organized. They offer breakfast buffet, but we didn’t have the opportunity to try it. Additionally, it is close to the historic city – there was a festival in the city, so we had a lot of fun… The hotel also offers parking and there is plenty of space available to park in the sideways. A staff member was super helpful providing instructions for parking. I wish we had stayed longer…

Este hotel eu não recomendo!

Ao chegar, fui colocado em um apartamento no quarto andar, onde havia hum buraco no teto do banheiro, por onde pingava água! Reclamei e fui transferido para outro no mesmo andar, mas em condições normais. outro problema: não pegava wi fi nesse apartamento e tive que conectar a rede de um apartamento do terceiro andar. Mais huma coisa: serviço de restaurante no apartamento com a comida ruim, além do café muito precário em termos de variedade e de opções, onde havia suco de melancia estragado e outros de baixa qualidade. Por fim, no meu penúltimo dia, após chegar de um passeio à praia e estar apenas de cueca, na cama, tive o quarto invadido por uma funcionária que veio abastecer o frigobar, mesmo estando na porta o aviso para não ser incomodado!

Hotel muito fraco

Nos colocaram num quarto no prédio anexo. Parecia estar em reforma. O quarto era muito simples, a janela estava suja de pó branco, não tinha toalhas, a água quente não estava funcionando, tinha um sabonete velho apoiado no basculante e não tinha nem onde pendurar toalhas. Demoramos um tempo até perceber tudo isso. Começamos pelas toalhas e fomos 2x na recepção. Até 21 horas a resposta é que a stoalhas iam chegar mas não tinha previsão (???). O atendimento é péssimo. Aliás, a experiência de atendimento em geral em São Luís foi muito ruim. No caso do hotel, os atendentes se esquivavam da responsabilidade e ficavam dando respostas evasivas. Só quando fomos a 4a vez na recepção e falamos que não íamos sair até resolver que nos trocaram de quarto. Daí fomos para a torre principal que o quarto era razoável. Parecia um quarto de motel mudado para hotel. O primeiro quarto era nota 2 e esse era uma nota 7.
