Friendly staff, comfortable big bed. Found two dead coach roaches in my room. Receptionist kindly came to remove them and didn’t see others after, however, I was always concerned about them.

Nice hotel but very little parking available

The hotel appears to be a refurbished older hotel. Check in was fairly quick. The room was comfortable and clean. The faucets in the bathroom seem to need work as very little water dribbled out. The parking spots are limited and very small. We were told if we left our car to go out at night, there might not be a parking spot left when we returned and the front desk advised us to take a taxi.

The internet was good. The bed was comfortable. The shower was not cleaned well, there was hair on the floor. One big issue we had was the difficulty with parking. The stalls are very narrow when you could get a spot. When we returned for the evening, there were no more stalls available and we had to park down the street and drag our suitcases from the hotel to the car in the rain. It was also very odd that one could not order coffee during lunch hours, or in the evenings at the restaurant. A coffee shop was in the lobby, but it never seemed to open. For a place with the name “Cafe Royal” attached to it- one would think coffee would be readily available.

Deixou muito a desejar. Começou pelo check-in atendente não explicou nada sobre o hotel, limitou-se a perguntar se eu já havia me hospedado (no caso sim). Me entregou a chave e nada falou sobre horários e disponibilidade do hotel, wi-fi ... etc. No check-out não havia funcionário para atendimento, (estava tomando café). Havia inseto morto no quarto e as toalhas e roupa de cama bastante usadas.

Cama confortável, lençóis limpos, bom chuveiro. Bom café da manhã. O que deixou a desejar dessa vez foi a limpeza do chão do quarto, estava muito sujo mesmo, com uma poeira escura, parecia de reforma, ao ponto de ser impossível sair do banheiro e pisar sem deixar os tapetes totalmente imundos. Toalhas também já bem desfastadas de uso mas no geral é um bom hotel.
