"o que conota um não controle de fluxo pessoas no café da manhã . - O Hotel poderia liberar alimentos e bebidas desde que não seja de vidro nas áreas comuns, trazidos de casa, principalmente na área da piscina, pois eu mesma só tomo cerveja sem glutém e no Hotel não tinha esta bebida a venda, entendo que são detalhes que ficam agradáveis na estadia"

"The staff is very attentive, simple and always willing to serve. Reception should be though more warm and welcoming. It seems they work under some pressure. They should be trained to make the Balneário more welcoming. This is not a reprimand, but only a suggestion for management to improve the place. "
