"We had reserved the hotel the day before. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was not ready. The front desk said we would need to wait for the room to be cleaned, about 30 minutes. Or we had the option to go to the room of the first floor, but we had paid for the upper level room. But we would not be able to use the pool or have anywhere to put our things. After requesting a refund, they were magically able to find a clean room within the room we had paid for.

"A recepcionista era excelente … sempre querendo agradar …
A estadia foi razoável, porém tivemos alguns problemas: encontramos barata no quarto, o café da manhã precisava de reposição constante e o horário era muito cedo. Houve bastante barulho do quarto de cima e o acesso ao interruptor de luz não é prático, ficando do outro lado do quarto. Esses pontos prejudicaram a experiência."
