O Hotel, é Excelente em todos os quesitos. Foi uma experiência muito boa ficar hospedado no Hotel Mercure. Só achei que veio pouco os Ovos mexidos no café da manhã. Daqui para frente será meu hotel em Jaraguá do Sul. Parabéns a toda a Equipe do Mercure!

Recepcionistas solícitos e simpáticos. Estava tudo ok de maneira geral, café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Talvez valor de diária um pouco cara para o que oferece, então não diria que é o melhor custo x benefício. Achei algumas coisas no hotel com cara de velhas, hotel antigo, até questionei se a rede Mercure tinha recém-comprado e iria reformar, mas não. É assim mesmo. Outro ponto ruim é que nos hospedamos na noite de domingo e não havia serviço interno nenhum no hotel (de restaurante). O hotel não é ruim, ele é bem ok, apenas, no meu ponto de vista, não atende ao padrão que se espera de um hotel Mercure.

Hotel categoria Mercure não condiz, esta necessitando de uma boa reforma, Jaraguá do Sul, merece mais hotéis novos, Ibis principalmente, e categorias igual Ibis, pois Mercure cobra caro e não entrega o valor. Cidade muito industrial, que recebe muitos visitantes o ano inteiro, ALO GRUPO ATRIO, atenção novos hotéis em Jaraguá do Sul, por favor.

Um dos hotéis mais tops de Jaraguá do Sul. Excelente café da manhã, quartos espaçosos, limpos, TV com tela ampla, smart, banheiro funcional, cafezinho nespresso delicioso, frigobar.
