Péssima! Cheguei e não tinha a minha reserva… me deram outro quarto, então ok! Atendimento lento. O manobrista que pegou meu carro deixou um cheiro insuportável de cigarro. O interfone do quarto não estava funcionando! Reclamei e não mudaram. Depois disso tudo me cobraram mais pela diária do que a reserva que eu havia feito por aqui! Reclamei e ficaram de retornar, porém há 2 dias não respondem as mensagens

Ja foi o melhor hotel em algum momento nos anos 80

Hotel antigo e bem derrubado, quarto com cheiro muito forte de “antiguidade”, móveis antigos e alguns bem maltratados pelo tempo, toalhas de banho translúcidas, ja não secam e tem o mesmo cheiro forte do hotel. Valor ridiculamente alto pelo que o hotel oferece. Café da manhã satisfatório e de boa aparência. O que falta de cuidados na estrutura do hotel é compensada pela equipe simpática e atenciosa. Não recomendo.

Acomodação e localização ótimas. Café da manhã com itens ( no meu caso, 3 itens) que acabam às 9h da manhã e tem que pedir para funcionários e aguardar reposição. Falta essa agilidade ali no local.

Atualmente em reforma

Queria dar uma boa avaliaçao mas o Hotel encontra-se em reforma , azulejos do banheiro descolado e na volta meu filho ficou com uma alergia que tive que levar correndo para o PS. A medica disse que poderia ser do sofa cama onde ele dormiu. Nao tenho nada a reclamar do atendimento e do cafe da manha maravilhoso.

Bom hotel, porém não faz jus ao nome Mercure. Antigo, banheiro extremamente escuro, péssimo para se barbear. No café da manhã, ovos apenas mexidos com leite, ficando aquela coisa molhada que muitos não gostam, fui pedir um omelete e pasmem, disseram que isso teria de ser pago a parte. Um verdadeiro absurdo.

Fim de semana bom mas poderia ser melhor

A estadia foi boa mas o quarto que peguei no meio da tarde não tinha toalhas de banho e os travesseiros estão sem fronha. Em termos gerais o quarto já demonstrava desgate do tempo com puxador do armário quebrado e porta do box do chuveiro que teimava em abrir ao invés de ficar fechada durante o banho. Manutenção desses itens seria recomendada. No geral o hotel é confortável com opção de piscina descoberta, academia, ótimo café da manhã, bem localizado.
