Everything at the hotel was incredible. It is in the perfect location for someone that wants peace, access to the beach and excellent service. The food was great. The only negatives were Covid related. I was traveling from Beijing, so I could not go on any tours or excursions. The hotel made up for it by being a great place to relax and hang out.

Sanya Bay

Perhaps the hotel is under renovation as only one wing seemed to be being used. Beds were a little firm, but better than other places in China. Food & drinks expensive, but breakfast buffet pretty extensive. They do not speak as much English here as anticipated. Pool only 4.5’ deep.

Overall I had a pleasant 3 nights stay at this hotel, it was certainly built as a five star, however, it is starting to need some TLC. The staff were amazing, friendly and courteous. I find it to be an excellent location for a true getaway, close enough to the airport, but far away from the hustle & bustle of the city. The public beaches were steps away (across the road) and lots of paths along the ocean for perfect morning/evening walk (stroll). I would recommend.

Cant get wifi as different network..they dont hv googles..youtube...the counter staff although they cant speak english'..but they are vety helpful trying their best to fix the wifi for us..they are sincere and warmth in their service.especially the counter staff ms christina.The lobby cafe serving bbq buffet at dinner time and the staff was vety caring knowig we are middleage adults they suggested to us tt having bbq might be too heaty for us and advise us to hv chinese food in their chinese restaurant which there are better choices of food for us..sure enough my family all of us was down with bad flu and cough..One of the captain noticed me very sick ate halfway going bk to my room to rest..later after my hubby n son finished their course of food..They hv given me free pack of green vegetables with hot porridge for my hubby to bring to me to eat..What a wonderful and thoughtful staff they have in the hotel.very impressive and touching.Keep it up.

酒店的前台服务水平很低，Check-in时间太长了，等了50分钟后有让再等40分钟，投诉了才终于在下午3：30以后进来房间。Check-Out明明有一键退房的安排，但前台服务员还让排队与Check-in的一起排队等。餐厅服务员问她拿餐巾，要了两遍，她居然就忘了，明明有Free早餐的，到了餐厅还要核实，而且第二天居然有核实。就算设施老旧点都好，但服务水平实在不达五星级的标准。

The hotel is too old now. Needs renovation or at least some repair and paint brush to the furniture. Overall neat and tidy. Coffee and tea for breakfast is not upgraded yet. No coffee bean made coffee. Coffee is just like water with coffee colour.

waiting for refund

I booked this hotel for 3 days but I stayed only one night. Smokers are every where, room smelled hard smoke. There was a ashtray in the room. the same time in informed reception desk and asked to cancel my next two days. Dealing with reception was really hard. they spoke very little English and they asked me to contact Hotels.com. unfortunately there was no WiFi at that time. I could write a mail to Hotels.com through business center computer and I asked a refund. Still I am waiting for a reply from Hotels.com, and they said they are still trying to contact the Crowne Plaza. To book your hotel it will take 2 min. but if you have a problem or refund no one will be there for you.

Nice resort but poorly maintained

I was upgraded to a lovely suite but there was mildew in the shower, the sofa cushion was stained and the lights in the living room could not be turned off or on from any switch there. The bed base and headboard were peeling and paint touch ups were visible on the shower ceiling. I wasn't aware that breakfast ended at 10:30 am and arrived to the restaurant at 10:40 when the buffet was being cleared. As I don't speak Chinese, it was difficult to communicate with the employees and they just advised that breakfast was over. Eventually an employee offered to get me some bread. When I returned to my room hoping to order room service breakfast I found that room service does not serve breakfast. I went looking for other options and only the lobby lounge was open. From there I was able to order a lunch dish to the lobby lounge. At check out the employees were friendly but when I requested a copy of the lobby lounge bill, they called over to the lounge and advised the bill could not be found as the meal was 2.5 hour prior but the bar was empty so I did not understand the reason for this. On requesting a taxi at the front door to go to the airport the employees told me they did not know how to get a taxi as they were new. There were several employees and I had to explain to them that they need to find out the telephone number for a taxi company so that they can call taxis for waiting guests. Eventually I did get a taxi. The employees were friendly but did not appear to be trained.

國際品牌水平不足！

三亞之旅全選國際品牌管理酒店，這家比預期的差很多很多，主要是酒店較舊式，房間沙化濕濕破舊感覺，前台服務很好，早餐在餐廳享用，好像去了国內的酒店，一般客人要即磨咖啡要另收費！有位大着肚子的女服務人員服務很好，值得一贊！

Someone hold a key to open my door because of the wrong key given by register counter. Never experienced such a bad trip in this hotel.

酒店干净舒适

总体非常好，就是第一晚下泳池游泳的时候脚踩到一个玻璃，然后解释说是泳池瓷片表面脱落的，正常情况都不会扎到。除了这个，其他都蛮好的，喜欢阳台的大浴缸

Overall, a wonderful well managed resort.

A wonderful resort with great breakfast offering. Special thnx to a great service from Vincen at the desk and Kent, Alvin at the entrance crew. Quiet, great pools, great beach across the back road. Not a walking distance to town but a cab ride is about $10 US. Very close to airport and Nanshan etc. Shuttle service is available though the schedule offered is poor only two trips per day and doesn't start till 10am. Airport pickup should be offer to guess since it is way closure than many other resorts to airport. Free wifi should be strengthen, connection is fairly weak.

Beautiful Hotel with many minor faults

In the room, there is a little card that says " its the little things that counts". Obviously they do not walk the talk. In my room alone, the cordless phone does not work, the USB Charging port on the desk panel does not work, the clock in the bathroom has stopped and the shower rose holder is loose. In my parents room, the door cannot lock. Its is time for a refresh.
