"スタッフは急なエステのリクエストにも対応いただき、丁寧でした。お部屋は禁煙だったけどややタバコ臭い感じがして、昔は喫煙だったのかなぁと。あと設備が古いので、洗面台の蛇口が押したら出るタイプで、固くて力入れて押したら、大量に激しく水が出て飛び散るという。お部屋の広さは十分あり、お掃除は行き届いていました。使い捨てスリッパと空気清浄機があると、なお良かったかな。
このホテルの売り は、ゴルフしなくても、スパもとてもいいし、何より食事が極上でした！夜の日本料理も朝のブッフェも。山の中のお城みたいで雰囲気もよく、また家族で来たいと思いました。"

"コスパよいところでした。チェックイン方法の連絡も問題なかったし、宿泊時も特に問題ありませんでした。
マイナスって言えば、寝具に若干ホコリがあったのと、洗面所にお湯がでなかった（夏だから特に問題なかった）ぐらいです。"
