"I have never been so miserable in Negril. After a 13 hour flight, i arrived at the property to a locked gate. I called and called for the owner to let us in. She told us that Hotels.com had made no reservation for me to stay for 3 weeks. "I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. That was my second there and I will definite comes back. The food made me feel like I am home. I recommend this resort 100 percent and I will be back soon. "
