The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. "

The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Mahinder at the reception, who truly went above and beyond. When he found out we were planning to go out for breakfast, he kindly offered us breakfast at the hotel instead. His warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely cared for and added a personal touch to our stay.
