"The property is far from the central places, rooms are quite smaller than it appears in the photos, hotel didn't respond to the request at all and there was issue with their listing claiming to include breakfast but hotel front desk declining (Expedia internet to sort out). "Stay away from this hotel. The front of the hotel is falling down. The room was old with mold at the bottom of the walls. There is no management. The 2nd day when we arrived at 5 pm, the room was not done. I had to argue to get it done. The manager didn't apologize and the staff discussed between them who was going to clean the room.
I will never go back to this hotel."

"Excellent service, awesome decor and fantastic food. Our in hotel experience was really, really good. The car service arranged by the travel desk was also excellent. We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but not the full day guide. "
