The hotel manager John is definitely the best part about staying at this hotel. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us on our stay with multiple recommendations. Also, the hotel is right on the main area with great views from the rooftop area.

We had a lovely stay at the Arches Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They allowed us a later check in and replied within minutes if we ever messaged. The location is amazing! Right in the heart of Oia. Easy access to the busses and very easy for a shuttle or taxi to pick up and drop off.

Owner and staff were very nice and kind. I arrived a few hours earier than check in time but they kindly let me check in. The owner gave me information I needed and also tried to help me about booking ferry. Response was very quick and it was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was very close to everywhere, like bus station, restaurants, shops.etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

The best place to stay in oia everything near by shopping dinning taxi station bus station. Host is very very good. I wish i could stayed more than 4 days at this place. The view from this place is 360 view of oia. Highly recommended 💯
