First, I was sent to another property by Katsikis, but the place they sent me was great. The actual place was Katsikis Santorini. The property is beautiful in a very convenient place. Literally, it's the first hotel before you will need to lug your luggage to get to other hotels. Service was top notch! they were very friendly, professional and very helpful. If I go back, this is where will stay.

This hotel was amazing! It was perfectly situated in Oia and had breathtaking views overlooking the caldera. Extremely beautiful hotel and location. Amazing staff and super service. Thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Safety features could be better, for example, our bathroom was split level and the basin was 3 steps lower. With shiny floors I was worried about slipping hence a hand rail would be perfect. Other than that everything was just perfect.

Lovely with some caveats

This hotel is, on the whole, wonderful. The facilities are beautiful and well-kept, the food at the restaurants is divine, and the service is top-knotch. However, we had a few complaints about our room. First, the hot tub on our deck was not warm enough to use at night, which was a primary reason we chose this room. At $1,000 a night, it most certainly should be. Additionally, there is absolutely no privacy on the balcony. There is practically no wall separating the balcony from the rest of the hotel. So sitting on our balcony, anyone walking down the steps or in adjacent areas can see and hear everything. Finally, the hotel charges 8 euros for still water, even though you cannot drink the tap, which, again, at $1,000 per night, should not be the case.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, in THE nicest place I've ever been to, Santorini. The staff are incredibly attentive and polite and it's clear they are highly trained - they cannot do enough for you. The small team at the Villas address you by name from day one, even those you haven't met yet. The views are out of this world. The breakfast (included) was incredible. I can't speak highly enough or recommend any more. It was simply perfect.
