"The hotel was very nice located, the city centre, public transportation, supermarkets and restaurants are very close. The room was okay. The furniture is quite old, the kitchen could be better equipped and only one big pillow for two persons is also not so nice. But all in all it’s okay for a few nights to explore Santander. "

"Brilliant place to stay. Spa a gym top notch and staff very friendly. All you could need in the apartment is included dishwasher etc. More towels be nice but it seems to be the norm these days.
Will definitely go back and stay again.

"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained.
I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. When we arrived, it was apparent there was an organised camp of maybe 100 teenagers including a stage, amplifiers, loud music and cheering etc. While this caused us no distress during the daytime,...
