"The hotel notified Expedia that they did not have a room for us, even though We booked it through Expedia months prior to our visit. we were not informed of this until we arrived at the hotel (after a very long flight and drive to the hotel). The front desk staff was very helpful with dealing with this and had a last minute cancelation and were able to accommodate us but traveling with two small children this was not an ideal situation. The room was pretty bare but that would have been fine...

"The place was difficult to find but with some assistance from a local we were able to locate it. The hospitality was good and room clean but unfortunately there was no heating in the room, were very cold first night. Without asking the 2nd night an additional blanket was added but we were colder than the first night. The next morning we had breakfast, I tried locating the owner could not find her,so I left her note letting her know that we were seeking other arrangements and would not be staying...
