"An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent.

To begin with, the property is old and dirty, and when we checked into the room there was a putrid smell from the sewers in the bathroom. We were advised to just open our windows and they tried cleaning it but it never went away. We left a day early because of that and they wouldnt refund us.
