Really like the staff. Nice always will to help. Just the noise from the construction work took away from what would a been a very pleasant stay.

Everything about the hotel was great, kind and diligent staff, very clean, fair prices and overall environment. Only thing I wasn't pleased about was the internet connection at the hotel. My room didn't have it's own Wi-Fi and they really didn't do anything to fix it other than give me other rooms' password, and weirdly the hotel was in a zone where the local carrier didn't give me good coverage, so I spent my week with limited connectivity on my devices and the room's TV.

Not sound proof rooms: heard people in the hallway and kids crying in their rooms, and the bass from the rooftop bar. They don’t have 4 pools… only 1 hot tub. The had a QR code to order food that didn’t work. Internet went out and was off and on. For the price, I wouldn’t go back.

Had a lovely stay. Got a very nice room and it was nice and cozy, very spacious. There's a mall that's a quick Uber ride away and a couple restaurants within walking distance. I went for a concert at the nearby stadium and I was able to walk back afterwards and avoid being stuck in traffic, so it was super convenient.

Basics not in order

They tried to make it look nice however 1. No window in the room 2. Small bed 3. Bad pillows, more decoration than to sleep 4. Extreme noisy building 5. Airco making a lot of noise 6. No hot water for shower 7. Very little water for shower not enough the shower 8. Very limited choice and quality of breakfast This hotel tries to get good reviews but does not deserve it, the small details and a staff that is instructed to be nice (does not cost anything) does not desguise the fact that this hotel does not have the basics in order and does not care about that. They have only focus on money, and it shows.
