The location is very convenient. I had a little confused finding the place because there is not sign, but I think is a thing in Zona Colonial because many restaurants and bars has not sign neither. The place is clean. Is close to everything. If you are a picky person is not for you because is a very simple place, but clean and very good situated.

Cold shower with no water pressure. Owners did attempt to remedy reservation problems but lack communication with customers. Was accidentally checked out of my room although accommodation was confirmed twice. When I returned to enter my room, my possessions were in bags and I was escorted to another hotel, which management paid for. These are good people but need better communication unfortunately.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage. Das Zimmer war okay. Das Badezimmer hat leider ein offenes Loch oben hin zum Flur, wo alle vorbeigehen. Das ist sehr unangenehm für ein Badezimmer. Das Personal war leider nur am ersten Tag freundlich. Danach hat es gewechselt und ich wusste ehrlich gesagt nicht mal mehr, ob die anwesende Person für die Gäste zuständig war oder nicht. Verabschiedet wurde man nicht.
