"Our first adult only resort…….amazing experience with lovely and helpful staff, beautiful room, lots of activities at the resort, great restaurants and food, and our concierge Ricardo was INCREDIBLE! He made our experience exceptional! Celebrated our anniversary and hubby’s birthday! We will definitely plan to visit this resort again. Highly recommend Secrets ! "This property is in a fantastic Oceanside location. Our group of 4 stayed for 2 nights in a standard room. We were next to one of the hot tubs and by a gate to the sea. Great food, great drinks and the staff was very helpful. We had a problem with our door lock and it was taken care of within 15 minutes. We would stay here again."

"Food was good. Room alright, stains on the carpet and the bed was hard but I just needed a room near the airport and it filled the need. Took a long time for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. "

"The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Looks like the owner has neglected the maintenance of the property, everything is falling apart. The furniture is cheap, odd and tacky. The lock of hour room was basically broken and unsafe. In general, the vibe is eery. Food was horrible and extremely expensive. We preferred to loose our money and don’t stay the second night. I’m not sure if the previous reviews are the owner’s friends & family as it is definitely not true. As a Mexican, I’ve never experience something like this in my country. "
