"Can't rate the aerea around the property, cause it depend, if we talk about the area within the complexe, then a 4*, if we talk about Sosua village and Playa Sosua, then it's always dirty and in poor condition as my first time 20 years ago. However, last visit to thia resort was 11yeras ago and they have upgraded a lot. The rooms, at least mine, was very clean and the shower, beside the mold on the glass panel silicone joint, was very nice, nicer than the 5* Puerto Plata Senator...
