Communication was prompt and all done electronically. Central location about 10 minutes walk to train station and 5 minute to historical city center. Access to bars, shopping and all necessities. Would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen, laundry, etc.

Great location between old town and the train station. Nice new reno. Some things were not looked after carefully enough- there were 3 of us so the pull out couch was made up for us which was wonderful. But one of the supports of the pull out was broken which really should have made them change the room and fix.

The place was very modern, had great facilities, including a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer on the subterranean floor. The sofa bed was also incredibly comfy allowing for another person to stay if needed. The location was ideal as it was right by the old city and close to several shops bars and restaurants. I know it's only a small criticism, but would have appreciated having a kitchen towel and drying rack available as there was only a dishwasher with a single tablet for the 3 nights I was there. Overall a great appartment and good value for what is provided.

Clean, well located studio

A great place to stay. We had the studio which was plenty big enough for the two of us with a small kitchen with dishwasher and fridge and cooktop and microwave. The instructions to enter our room were crystal clear and really helpful in English. The only criticism was that we could not get the air conditioner to be set to a low temperature as the room was too hot and the bedding is a think duvet. We couldn’t leave the windows open because of the light from the road. Therefore for our second night we used our sleeping bag liners instead. Also when someone else cooks - the smell comes into our room very strongly. Other than those two points, we would stay again.

This property is ideally located to both nearby old city and shopping district with plenty of cafes to chose for your meals. The suite comes with fully equipped kitchenette The only downside is no receptionist to speak with to help with any problems like the hair dryer in our bathroom only blows cold air. You might think so what but after coming off the Camino a good hot shower, hair wash with working hair dryer Is essential. Assistance with ordering a taxi to the train station/airport would also be handy for a non Spanish speaker. The free laundry downstairs was a blessing

Perfect first time

I was afraid when I came , since it was my first time with this kind of hotels. Everything went perfect and I was surprised how they were organized. Clearly nothing didn’t happened to me but so far it was perfect

I recommend always having bedding for the sleeper sofa in apartments that have one, so that people who get in late can use it the first night. On the plus side, the bedding was delivered rapidly after we asked for it in time for our second night.

This was perfect home to stay Santiago! Very new and clean, what ever you needed at home here has everything even very new. Bed was clean and comfortable, clean and tidy interior. They have a washer and dryer in the building free to use. It was very nice after long walk to Camino. Highly recommended!

This property is in a great location between the old town and new, and walkable to the cathedral. The unit was very clean, bright and spacious. The only issue was we wanted more pillows and sheets for the pull out and i messaged the property the day we got there to request them and they didn’t respond until we had checked out 6 nights later. There is no front desk so you won’t get much support while on property, so I’d put in any requests in advance.
