"This hotel is a gem. Very comfortable rooms, good wifi, and hot showers. The host, Angel, is what makes this hotel special. He went above and beyond helping us and giving advice. He was our Angel. "Our "Superior" room had a magnificent, second floor ocean view. The food at the Avalon restaurant was superb, but the waitstaff (Martin, Valentina, Valeria, Niorca and Yajida) were even better! Our room was cleaned daily by a very trustworthy staff. The shower water was hot. The hotel manager, Jesus, speaks excellent English and was very hospitable and helpful. He arranged our airport pick-up and drop-off. The pool is very nice but was closed for cleaning for too long and too often. Overall, highly recommend!"
