"Hotel was spotlessly clean and modern and the Staff were very friendly and helpful (apart from one Lifeguard). The Hotel is also in a great location. The only letdown was the OTT rules regarding the use of toys in the Pool. Despite there being no signs, no balls etc are allowed in or around the Pools. I found this quite ridiculous seeing as the Hotel markets itself and Child friendly. Some Lifeguards were more lenient however one in particular couldn’t seem to wait to tell my Daughter she...

"Well laid out modern apartment with good amenities and good resort facilities. Unfortunately a handful of parking spaces for a multi-hotel resort. On site dining was expensive but plenty of options within 15 minute walk. "

"Arrived late (0130), called the out of hours number in the door and told where the key was. Checked in at reception after a sleep. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to the harbour or beach. Supermarket and dining options a few minutes walk. Apartment was very nice. Clean. Well featured."

"Tired old room and bedding covers. Room smelled, old chocolate wrappers under the bed, no daily service. Noisy aircon that kept turning on by itself. Terrible. "
