"Pros - Great little hotel. Location excellent for 2 lovely beaches. Room was great and plenty big enough for a family of 4. Immaculately clean. Pool superb and perfect form young kids. Price over Easter was a bargain. Tip- include a food package as Cala D'or resort food is expensive and poor quality.
Cons - air con basically didnt work. Even in the cooler months (April) then room was too hot. Had to sleep with patio doors open and as a result we got mosquito bites. Kitchenette is barely sufficient to make a sandwich. Very small fridge. Toaster tripped electrics so could not be used. Additional charge (around 17euros for 5 nights) for security safe.
Overall - we got a bargain ober Easter but it was very quiet, suggest Summer would be difficult to get sun loungers. We would return but unless air-condition was guaranteed to be sorted I would avoid Summer months."

"Nuestra estancia en el Inturotel Cala Esmeralda durante los últimos 4 días. Solo para compartir un poco de nuestra historia: mi esposa y yo realmente necesitábamos esto. Llevamos casados más de cinco años y tuvimos un año muy difícil debido a mis problemas de salud. Nos sentimos como en casa y muy bien atendidos. Pudimos hacer ejercicio, comer bien y disfrutar de las hermosas vistas y playas de Mallorca. Es un lugar increíble. Fue una gran transición hacia la nueva etapa que nos espera.
Por muy increíble que sea este hotel (con su hermoso diseño, comodidades y confort), no sería lo que es sin las personas que lo hacen funcionar. Es increíble ver a un grupo tan diverso de personas trabajando juntas con un trabajo en equipo tan fluido. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles caros por todo el mundo, pero nunca he visto un equipo tan bueno como el de aquí. Quienquiera que se encargue de las contrataciones está haciendo un trabajo fantástico."

"Very roomy apartment over 2 floors with a good sized balcony. Excellent for a few nights away and much better than a hotel room. Didn't use the facilities but reception were very pleasant and helpful. "

"Excellent staff and dining. We did not book the half board, but after first night at the restaurant we immediately decided to have another dinner in Eques.
Warmly greeted and assisted at all times by every member of the staff.
There was a high wind advisory on a day we were at the resort, and we were able to reserve the sauna for a private hour. There's a plunge pool to use right beside the sauna for an invigorating experience!
Left the resort happy and relaxed even when we missed good weather. "
