Excellent location

Very well located apartment with lift. Clean and well equipped bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Fan unit in living/kitchen area struggled to keep apartment cool on hot nights - no working air conditioning. Other guests regularly left main door to the residence unlocked despite notices not to do so. However the door to our apartment locked securely and we did not have any problems. The apartment was quiet through the night with closed windows. Very well situated for transport links and city. Short bus ride to beaches.

El único pero que le pongo es el aparcamiento, nos costó un montón aparcar, pero nos lo habían dicho con antelación. Estaba todo limpio y olía genial. Quedamos encantados con el lugar sin duda volveremos.

Excellent room and stay..

The room is well thought out and designed.. Very comfortable. The hotel is in the center of town and walking distance to food and entertainment. Parking a car is a bit of a headache so avoid that if you can. We enjoyed our short stay and hope to return for a longer visit..

Bed was not a king. The air conditioning was inadequate. It was a mobile air conditioning unit placed in the living room. It's summertime and the air didn't reach the room. It was too hot to sleep at night.

Great price, service, and location.

The hotel was a renovated first-floor flat, with cute one bedroom suites, fully furnished kitchenette (even washing machine and dishwasher), bathroom, and a living/dining area with a queen size sofa bed. Each suite was themed for one of the continents, with smart and inexpensive decor. Very clean and practical, right in the center of town, a couple of minutes walk from the waterfront, and right in the middle of Santander's social life. It was perfect and right on the price. The manager was very polite, attentive, and efficient, and so was the cleaning service. It had some old-building quirks, nothing that would not be easily managed. The only thing that could be improved was the key/entrance system, it needs to be made more efficient.

We so enjoyed our stay here. It is centrally located, less than 5 minutes’ walk to the water and to many great places to eat. The people were all very friendly and helpful, the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in, and it was spotlessly clean. If our travels bring us back to Santander, we would definitely seek it out again.

El apartamento que nos asignaron era amplio, muy bien decorado, la habitación, fantástica. A pesar de estar en una zona de bares, Cañadio, y en la plaza del Pombo, está tan bien insonorizado que no te enteras de nada. Muy feliz con la elección.

Nice service and location.

Service was great - we didn’t realize the reception had limited check in hours but the lady was very welcoming when we came in at 8pm. She spoke limited English but we managed to understand each other. For parking you need to first get a parking card from her and then you can proceed to park at the residents carpark, which is very helpful because parking in the city center can be a nightmare. Very central location. Accommodation was decent.

Perfecto para caminar por Santander

Esta situado en una zona céntrica y bonita. Muchos bares acogedores,al lado del Centro Botín.Los apartamentos ideales para ir en pareja o con niños.Zona muy difícil de aparcar, es necesario el uso de parking.
