"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "This is an absolutely fantastic resort. George and Joseph at the Concierge desk were over the top helpful!! Excellent service. Carl from South Africa was two days on the job as towel boy around the beach. He was happy to help and super friendly!! He is going places in the hospitality business. The staff at Quattro was exceptional!! We had the 6 course tasting menu and it was a great experience. Every course was phenomenal!! Hats off to Lazar ,Bonita and Lynda for providing second to none service with a smile. We would recommend this property to anyone."
