Perfect Vacation Destination

The hotel, though hosting hundrets of residents, never seemed to be overpopulated. It can boast enormous sea view and numerous private beaches located in small harbours. Food, service is superb. The hotel is very kids friendly. One would need a car or taxi to get to nearby town.

Bello ma per un 5 stelle dovrebbe essere meglio

Siamo stati a fine luglio in questo 5 stelle e devo dire che in generale il giudizio e' positivo. Il mare e' molto bello, ha delle belle calette dove fare il bagno, il servizio spiaggia non e' male anche se un 5 stelle dovrebbe avere anche la possibilità' di acquistare delle bibite direttamente sulle spiagge dell'albergo (servizio bar). Le piscine sono altrettanto belle. Lato negativo il servizio in camera e' lentissimo, i ristoranti a buffet non sono molto buoni almeno non per un 5 stelle. Diciamo che ci sono cose da migliorare per meritare le 5 stelle e farsi pagare quanto si fanno pagare ma per il resto il posto merita.

Resort in posizione fantastica.

Ottimo resort dove il paesaggio ti lascia senza fiato, al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal personale "gentilissimo", che ci ha offerto il pranzo ( noi eravamo a mezza pensione). La cucina e' ottima sia al ristorante alla carta dove abbiamo passato delle bellissime serate seduti difronte ad un panorama incantevole. Nei ristoranti a buffet trovi un assortimento vastissimo di cibo di prima qualità. Per chi vuole ricaricarsi e' un luogo estremamente rilassante . Ci tornerei già domani.

Must be one of the best on Sardinia

Great on all accounts. We were there with a 2 yr old child. Very accommodating with a large variety of activities and yet quiet and uncrowded without ever feeling like a large hotel. Very personal and friendly staff. We will definitely come back. Very clean, well maintained and food was presented with great quality.

2 Star Disguised as 5 Star

Very disappointed with this hotel. This is no way a 5 star facility, to me the room was like a 1970 butlins holiday camp, the promotional internet pictures were quite misleading . The room quality was poor and dated we had a 19 inch TV that was located approx. 8 ft high on the wall in the corner of the room. The only English TV channels were SKY news and BBC World and as the intermittent internet connection was rubbish (which forever required log in passwords from reception ) you could not spend time on the internet leaving little to do in evening or when it rained. Not only that the y disabled whatsapp, viber skpye and SKY go amongst many others to prevent high data usage. There is no gym or indoor pool other than in the spa at a cost. Luckily we hired a car and ventured out on days of poor weather. Outside pool areas were nice clean , the bars lacked atmosphere and comfort . So overall extremely disappointing and will best leave this experience to what hopefully becomes a distant and forgotten memory.

Nydelige omgivelser, rolig og vennlig stemmning. Flotte basseng og bademuligheter. Litt langt til "andre ting" - hvis man skulle ha lyst til det - men båtturer alle veier og lett å bestille taxi etc.

Nice but not 5 star

Lovely site, but too many guests in the area, and this was low season. Room very comfortable, but not 5star. Would have liked a kettle in the room. Restaurants not open until 7.30, but buffet style was excellent. Overall not worth the 5 star price tag

A four-star hotel

(+) beautiful and convenient location, good choice of restaurants, free access to the sister hotel La Licciola (offers very good quality breakfast and dinner buffet and better service). (-) Extremely poor Wifi connection. Romantic getaway beware, this hotel is very much kids and family-oriented. The Spa treatments and overall services don't meet the international standards of a 5-star hotel (treatments shorter than stated on the brochure, very expensive). Overall this is a good four-star hotel, but doesn't meet the standards of a 5-star hotel (especially details such as the rooms, the overall service and quality of staff, poor wifi access, no extra towel given by the pool, etc.).

Food excellent on a half board bais. Location and setting was fantastic. you need a car to explore the area as a little remote, staff on the whole was good, reception and orientation with resort not god, value for money very poor, very expensive for drinks( even charge for the bottled water you have to drink). Manangment staff not involved with guests at all. Spa is nice but you have to pay to use there swimming pools and gym which is rediculous. On the whole lovely place great location and food, expensive, not great in terms of help and information unless your Italian.

Un paradiso incantato

Questo Resort è una delle strutture più indiscutibilmente fantastiche di tutta la Sardegna. Aspetti positivi riscontrati: una infinità di spazio verde curatissimo che si estende a vista d'occhio fino a terminare in favolosi angoli di paradiso quali piscine o calette. Passeggiando per le vie di questo mondo meraviglioso si scoprono posti incantevoli quali la SPA, tra le più belle ed efficienti tra quelle che io ho visitato in questi ultimi anni. I fondali delle calette sono unici con la loro moltitudine di pesci che ti nuotano a fianco. Non ho mai visto tanti pesci diversi in Sardegna come al Valle dell'Erica. La stessa sabbia delle calette cambia consistenza passando da una all'altra. Le camere sono stupende ed offrono una vista eccezionale su parte dell'arcipelago. Il buffet serale è di alta qualità e degno di un resort di tale livello. Il personale è efficiente e disponibile. La sera in piscina vengono offerti degli spettacoli di qualità con artisti di alto livello. C'è la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi la bellissima spiaggia La Licciola. Che dire di più, consiglio a chiunque non abbia mai visitato tale struttura di organizzare una bella settimana in questo posto in quanto vale tutti i soldi che costa e anche di più, e raramente si può affermare questo per molti Hotel a 5 stelle.

Das 5*Hotel "Resort Valle dell'Erica Thalasso & Spa" liegt direkt am Meer und hat 4 bis 5 ...

... kleine Privatstraende mit kostenlosen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, die von Rettungsschwimmern ueberwacht werden. Es gibt zwei huebsch angelegte Meerwasser Pools. Auch hier mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Das Personal ist durchgehend sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Internet gibt es an zwei zentral gelegenen wireless Hotspots, jedoch nicht in den Zimmern. Das Essen ist grundsaetzlich erstklassig und abwechslungsreich. Auch hier ist der Service sehr gut. Es sind ausreichend Kellner und Hilfskraefte unterwegs. Lediglich waehrend der Fruestuecks-Rush-Hour kann es vorkommen, dass der eine oder andere der vielen Kellner den Ueberblick verliert und der eine oder andere Kaffee sein Ziel nicht erreicht. An der Bar gibt es ein nettes und abwechslungsreiches Unterhaltungsprogramm. Nur die Getraenke sind hier definitiv zu teuer. Alles in allem ist das Hotel jedoch eine Empfehlung.

hotel valle dell'erica, posizione strategica, bel parco a disposizione con spiagge private e spa

Struttura suggestiva in un punto di costa con panorama sulle isole della Maddalena e sulla Corsica. molto bello il parco con golf, minigolf e miniclub. le piscine con acqua di mare sono poste in una posizione panoramica. quelle termali del centro benessere sono un po' piccole e non molto riscaldate. fa piacere la gentilezza e la cordialità del personale sia nel centro spa- benessere che nelle strutture del resort (camerieri, bagnini, etc). fortemente suggerito avere un'auto a disposizione per le molteplici escursioni nelle vicinanze, anche se esiste una navetta di collegamento con S.Teresa di Gallura. dei due ristoranti decisamente preferibile quello a buffet. unico aspetto da migliorare l'illuminazione serale-notturna dei vialetti: il percorso a piedi per raggiungere le camere o il ristorante è piuttosto buio, con tratti con gradinate . nel complesso una struttura molto gradevole, con buon rapporto qualità -prezzo.
