"Hotel management seems to have several problems. I did not complain in person to the owner, Angela, but she should be aware of what went wrong. When we first arrived, everything and the service were good overall. However, by the second day, everything became a complete mess. "I have been traveling through latin America for 3 months and have stayed in many economy type hotels but this one is by far the worst.
