"The property is steps from the beach which is very nice. The pool is a fraction of the size it looks in photos. Once I checked into this hotel they tried to give me the okie doke and say I didn’t pay for a balcony room. I went downstairs and told them I in fact did pay for a balcony room with an ocean view. The front desk attendant said that Orbitz booked me for a non balcony room but she conveniently had a balcony room an available. Then inquired about my ocean view booking and the front desk attendant said Orbitz said I asked for a bay view room with a balcony-if so why didn’t you give me the balcony room of any view in the first place??? But okay. The bay view room category is more parking lot than view of the bay. My room didn’t look exactly how it was pictured online but had great amenities (refrigerator, microwave and I think a safe) The complimentary breakfast was decent and comparable to other hotels I’ve stayed in. My particular room when we walked in looked clean but the suite area with the table and couches were literally in disarray as if someone was moving furniture and forgot to put it back. All in all outside of them playing in my face about my room category I enjoyed my stay."

"We were warmly greeted and when I asked about a room upgrade ~ Evelyn helped us right away! Our beach view room was very comfortable! The hotel is beautiful and so easy to get to! The onsite restaurant was a plus so we didn’t have to leave after a day at the beach. The Tiki bar was excellent and so reasonable priced. It was our first time in Pensacola and we will be returning!!"

"Stayed three nights everything was great. Right on the beach. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was easy rooms were nice, clean, and beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really great especially the waffles! No beach view but a beautiful sound side view where you could see the sunset. Pool needs work very rough on bottom. The air conditioner in the room was very loud. If we had been staying more then two nights I would have wanted it looked at."
