Santa Rosa Island hotel rooms a the ResortQuest

"Rooms were okay toilets were small and short like kids. Staff was great! Across the street from beach but can walk everywhere. Bathrooms were very small. Could use a little update."

"The room could use a deep cleaning. Things in floor that should have been vacuumed. Toilet smelled like it needed cleaning. Balcony needed sweeping. The room service to ‘econo’ every other day was an excuse to not clean. Check-in is guaranteed by 4 pm. We received our phone call our room was ready at 3:58. The receptionists at check in seemed to have an attitude ‘don’t bother me’. Then we had to pay to park on the premises😡. Breakfast was not good & the coffee, not sure how you can get something that hot. Had to wait 10 minutes for it to cool enough to drink. Will probably not stay there again. "

"Hotel was very nice and clean, room was clean. Very convenient having a fridge and microwave in the room. Views were fantastic. Pool was clean, bar was great and had good food too. A couple downsides, I got a text message before the stay asking if I wanted to “pay a discounted rate for parking” I selected yes and still got charged for the full amount after we left the hotel at the end of our stay. The walls are so thin we could hear every single conversation and noise that either of our neighbors made on each side of us. The newly remodeled bathroom looked great but the faucet for the sink was literally almost unusable, it was the wrong size and you couldn’t hardly wash your hands without running your fists into the back of the sink. The shower also leaked all over the bathroom floor through the shower doors. The last thing was I got a $6 charge a couple days after we left for “2 bottles of water” in the room. We never touched these $3 bottles of water, but got charged anyway. We reached out and the hotel never replied. Would love for someone to contact me about these charges and the problems we had with the hotel but it seems like they don’t care."

"Kitchenette was handy. The views are wonderful! Beach access is easy. The on-site bar made a great skinny margarita!"

"The property is beautiful with great beach access. A little over our price range, but you can expect that with a beach view resort. The breakfast was a very small buffet, costing $20 for a very small amount of food. Although, the convenience was nice. They had recently changed the ice cream company and their ice cream was delicious. I would stay here again. Definitely recommend! "
