"The roads are really clean, very updated. Only thing that didn’t didn’t like was at the breakfast for the batter for the waffles was really thick so I couldn’t even make waffles and all the kids wanted other than that that’s good."

"During my stay, there was a huge travel trailer bus type thing parked directly behind where I parked. He and some other people were loitering around in the parking lot, drinking. My last night there an entire work crew with several worktrucks took all the available parking in front of my room. It was an annoyance but I guess you get a buck when you can. "

"Do not stay here. This place does not look like the pictures. We checked in and immediately checked out. They still charged us a full three nights stay. And said I had to take it up with Expedia. Expedia told me to contact management since they’re the ones who charged me. When I contacted management, they said it’s not their policy to refund, or cancel within 24 hours of check-in. I told him how am I supposed to know how bad the place is 24 hours before I check in if I’ve never been there. And if your pictures represent one thing in and in real life, they’re completely different. They reluctantly agreed to reimburse me two nights out of the three. But I have yet to see any credit on my credit card. So basically they just lied to me to get me off the phone. This hotel has terrible customer service. And I would not recommend that anyone stay here."

"Truly horrible experience. My key cards failed 4 separate times. I was told to not put them near my phone or they demagnetize….HUH? I travel at least a dozen times a year for work and have NEVER ONCE had this issue. I also travel with a lot of camera gear, so lugging it up the elevator or stairs only to lug it back down to the office was exhausting. Room was clean enough. It’s a budget hotel. I get it. But it’s severely outdated, the fridge didn’t get very cold and the shower head had a leak that would spray water over the curtain and onto the floor. I ended up putting a towel over the leak to redirect the water into the tub. I think the key cards failing constantly really made me feel unsafe and very cautious. I wouldn’t let my own kids stay here. Staff was nice and helpful, but how much can you honestly do when you have a problematic key card system. Extended Stay should take a hard look at this property. I also put the chair by the door because I didn’t trust the lock."

"Just some weird phone calls around 11PM from someone tying to get to the front desk to complain about some people/noise…kinda strange… And some loud people outside our room around 10PM…kept talking and making a bunch of noise…"

"If you want to visit what feels like a future crime scene, STAY HERE!! Crack head smokingin front of my room, door frame was broken, window wouldn’t fully close with a 1” gap…… I couldn’t stay there. It was beyond habitable. Stay at your own risk. I honestly felt so unsafe and it was daylight!! Rebooked a local motel and moved on."
