I am absolutely seething with fury after my experience at this so-called hotel.
If there were a way to give this place negative stars, I would do it without hesitation.
From the moment we arrived, it was a complete disaster.
We arrived with a confirmed booking, tired and expecting a smooth check-in, only to be told — with shocking indifference — that they “couldn’t find” our reservation. No apology, no urgency, no accountability. Just...
"Historic hotel in centre. Quiet despite it's location as the rooms are facing a courtyard not the street. Helpful staff who helped arrange transportation to the hot springs, as well as, the airport. There are securuty measures in place: ie three located gates which are assessible with the keys given."
