"There is no private beach for this complex. Only a small public beach strip access or you to shuttle to another larger public beach. No beach chair or umbrella rentals available to our complex residents. Our WI-FI stopped working the morning before we checked out. No parking passes left in unit, so we got tickets on our car windows which stuck to the driver side window. Housekeeping brought us passes after two days. "

"BITTER EXPERIENCE 1. OVERCHARGED: listed as $120 / night for 3 nights = $360, but I was charged on $720!! 100% add on fees is RIDICULOUS. Orbtiz claims I was presented these fees before committing, but it must have been small print on the last screen only. I attempted to recreate the transaction by booking again for EVERY DAY over the next year - NOT POSSIBLE. I immediately reported to Orbitz, as always, repeatedly missed commitments, and never helped. Try to contact Red Awning? GOOD LUCK....
