"It was a great experience except for the fact that check in time was 2pm and they told us to wait as they still need to "touch our room" and we sat there for a good 45 minutes until we decided to go back to the counter and reinquire about our check-in to which they apologized and proceeded to give us room keys. When we arrived in our room there were still people fixing the room up. We were compensated with a small fruit tray for four people, hardly good enough. I was paying for the presidential suite so I expected a better service than this."

"Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is clean and fast service when I needed something from housekeeping. JP who drove the shuttle everytime we need it was amazingly nice and respectful. He was accommodating when we requested for him. I would recommend the hotel to my friends and family."
