Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When arrived at the hotel , they did not have our names on the system .. rooms and services are not as published on the site .. no service , no ☎️ phone , no fridge , construction all over the place , cannot got to the pool on for certain hours after construction workers are done working and bad help desk ... bad experience , I want my money back .
