"We could not have picked a better place to stay in this area. The view from our balcony was wonderful (overlooking the river), the home was beautifully furnished and spotless. You could feel the pride Manuel and his family has taken in managing the property. The property is full of lemon, orange and olive trees. Breakfast was perfect. You could easily walk down to the town, which we did but opted for a taxi back due to the "uphill" climb. The home was perfectly located for our visits to wineries. You won't be disappointed!"

"We had such a wonderful and unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and truly special. The vineyard itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. Our room was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable — you can truly feel the care and attention in every detail. The breakfast was excellent, and the wine tasting experience was simply amazing. The dinner was absolutely delicious — truly beyond our expectations. Sitting by the fireplace, surrounded by such a cozy and elegant atmosphere, made the evening feel magical. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, and everything we tasted was outstanding. What made our stay truly exceptional was the owner. He personally took the time to introduce us to the wines and explain the winemaking process in such an engaging and knowledgeable way. Listening to his stories made the experience deeply personal and memorable. You can feel the passion, love, and history behind everything here. Spending the evening in the vineyard with my three beautiful children . Celebrating my 52 years birthday . That is so amazing . our family, enjoying such delicious wine, incredible food, and a beautiful atmosphere, is a memory we will always cherish. Thank you for creating such a special experience for us. We are truly grateful and hope to return again in the future."

"We had a comfortable room with a patio overlooking the Douro River. Staff very friendly. The only negative from our point of view was the window from the shower into the room. The botton 2/3 rds are translucent and upper 1/3 clear. If a light is turned on in bathroom bedroom is lit up as well . Also the obvious privacy issues. Other than the the room , hotel , staff, bar and restaurant are great."
