"Fantastic place to stay, wish I had more time."

"Hotel Globus was a wonderful home base for out time in Florence. Everything was walkable, close proximity to the train station and two blocks from where the taxis can drop off. Our room was perfect. We had a triple and our son had his own space. The beds were comfortable and breakfast had offerings for everyone. Gluten free and vegan options are available, and they take your coffee orders too. The staff, Dina in particular, were kind and helpful. My phone fell out of my pocket on a taxi ride and Dina diligently and patiently was able to track it down for me. We were so grateful! Thanks again, Dina. I'd highly recommend this hotel!"

"Although we only stayed 1 night and arrived well after check-in hours Adrian was helpful with our stay getting over hurdles as our phone/wifi was playing up. Once in our room it was a pleasant surprise, spacious, clean and quiet. We would highly recommend. "

"Thanks to Federico (Shuttle and Chef) and Alessio (front desk) for a GREAT stay. Federico met us just outside of arrivals area for the trip out to the hotel. Room was ready on morning arrival (amazing!) with Alessio providing suggestions on where to go and what to do. Room was spacious, beds comfortable and with some rooms having balconies. They were working on updating (painting, repairs) on several of the floors. Breakfast was provided in the morning with availability between 7 and 10. Would absolutely stay here again pre cruise!"
