"Front desk staff was horrible no customer service, unfriendly i traveled for 11 years and this was most unpleasant experience. The room was so hot. Usually they would put the cool air on for comfort for guest arrival so after 4 hours it finally was tolerable. The breakfast great food if it was avaliable to eat but hardly any items let due to not preparing proper amount for the amount of guests in hotel. The pool water was so hot it was unbearable. Highly recommend staying at another hotel so many near by"
