"Rosario the owner greeted us warmly upon arrival. She and the staff were all very kind and treated us wonderfully during our stay. Our room was excellent, new, clean, and spacious. The owner's adjoining restaurant had wonderful food, all was delicious, and service was excellent. Our visit to Menfi was wonderful due to the great accommodations & food at La Regina."

"L hotel a suo tempo sarà stato grandioso ma oggi è letteralmente un grande mosaico che perde pezzi, offre tanti servizi ma tutti di qualità scadente, tutto datato è usurato. Dico solo che si spaccia per un 4**** S, e poi ti offre durante la colazione (già scadente di suo) il caffè della macchinetta, avete letto bene il caff è si fa alla macchinetta, perché quello fatto dal barista è un extra. "
