The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. He even provided directions to a delightful local restaurant nearby, where the food was exceptional. "Very nice hotel in the center of Piacenza - clean and comfortable and upscale in feel. Lovely rooftop bar with views over the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only negatives were poor WiFi in the room and lack of insulation so noise from the street and neighbouring rooms was an issue. Otherwise hotel was an excellent choice for us."
