"Excellent Hotel!"

"It’s a simple no frills place to stay and sleep. A comfortable bed, a shower, and a bathroom. Nothing spectacular, but not run down either. Just a place to lay your head and rest at a reasonable price. In the mornings it can get a little loud when everyone starts moving around, but for what you’re paying it’s acceptable. As a stopover I would definitely recommend. If you’re a little picky and have unique tastes then probably not for you."

"The room was very clean, and I really enjoyed my stay, the staff was very nice and helpful, my room was cleaned every day, fresh towels, and the breakfast was always delicious (free) For sure I’ll book with them again, and I will recommend them to all my friends and family"

"It was alright. Staff seemed like she didn't want to talk when i was asking her some questions. Its a big hacienda, but it would be nice if they would remodeled there rooms. Everything is outdated. They need curtains on the restroom window. Anyone can see you if you're showering if they walk around the balcony around your room. Hotel not to great. "

"Hotel Akawe was very comfortable and an easy walk (10 minutes) to the main plaza where there are several good restaurants and coffee shops as well as a 16th century cathedral. "
