"Only one inconvenient, the staff did not comply with the agreement to add an extra night at the end of the days of the package, after the need had been communicated having the space at the time of the request. They must be clear with the client in emergencies to be able to look for another place in the face of need and say no after they had confirmed the availability from the 1st day and did not want to make the transaction to add a night and when he left the day he requested it the staff denied it."

"The property & specifically the staff did what Expedia weren’t able to do after making plenty phone calls because a little inconvenience I had with my reservation,the staff from this hotel went above & beyond of what they were supposed to do,Expedia have gave me the runaround with my phone calls playing psychology games with me during my calls to help me with my inconvenience due to a flight cancellation I had to deal with,magnificent service from the hotel after arriving but the service from Expedia were beyond poor."
