"We arrived after midnight. The front desk is not staffed after 9 PM. They brought a lockbox on our hotel with a code for the key. The front desk person that left at nine texted me his personal cell phone number if we had issues. We did not have any issues. The place is absolutely clean and so cute. The best continental breakfast I have ever had. We will definitely stay here again."

"Charming, exceedingly gracious staff (bellmen, reception, garage staff, cleaning staff ...), gorgeous updated vintage decor room (fab casement windows, working perfectly to allow in gentle fresh breezes). Super helpful and fun bellman at check-in. Love the photo-front elevators (beautiful 1800s Santa Fe shots) and the Mexican songsters trio in the lobby for Happy Hour. Terrific breakfast and service at La Plazuela. Thumbs up all around!"

"I stayed at this hotel 18 years ago and would definitely stay here the next time I visit Santa Fe. Great location next to the Railyard. Love the complimentary shuttle and morning coffee bar as well as daily housekeeping. Staff was very friendly and the property is clean."

"This hotel sits on a very lovely piece of real estate overlooking Santa Fe. It has some historic touch to it in the decorations. My room was spacious, and quiet. I hardly heard any traffic noise at all while I was there. The price is very good, but I’m a little bit puzzled as to why I’m paying a resort fee when it’s not really a resort. I wish they would leave glasses for drinking water in the rooms. I felt a little bit nervous that I might slip in the shower."
