"Lovely hotel that has been style immaculately. The rooms were clean and spacious with great amenities. We enjoyed both pools but particularly the rooftop area which came with an infinity pool and sensational views. Our main gripe was the service around the pool and during breakfast. We were seated at an empty table and eventually collected our own cutlery, glasses and bottled water, despite staff walking past us multiple times. We had to remind them to bring us our menus and also take our order- this happened at breakfast and around the pool. During checkout we checked the invoice to see we had been charged for items we hadn't ordered during our time around the pool, to which we were quickly refunded. This is a lovely hotel however we expected a higher quality of service due to this being a part of the W group and sadly won't be returning unless the service improves."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location, it is spotlessly clean and staff are amazing. We have stayed here several times and always had a really great experience. Our most recent stay in May was sadly very different to the experiences we have had before and on this basis I am not sure we will return. During our previous stays, other guests have always been respectful and pleasant but during this stay the hotel felt more like a rowdy family all inclusive. We saw guests were using their hands to pick up items at the breakfast buffet, despite there being plenty of tongs available, we saw people taking glass bottles of water and napkins full of food out to the pool area (despite staff asking them not to), the mess left on and around tables during breakfast was utterly disgusting. At the pool, a loud man and his children spent most of one morning throwing balls to each other from one end of the pool to the other, preventing anyone else from swimming up and down, they were shouting to each other with no regard for others. People were putting towels out over sunbeds and then going for breakfast and not actually coming out to the pool for a couple of hours - I know this can be a problem in lots of hotels but we’d never experienced at Las Aguas before. One lady reserved seven sunbeds but her family didn’t come down to use them until mid morning. Staff look fed up and although it’s still gorgeous, just be warned thatthis hotel is no longer a peaceful, luxurious experience."

"Overall the stay was ok but I wouldn’t particularly recommend. My husband asked the desk for water early one morning as the vending machine wasn’t working and they wouldn’t sell/give him any, and no local shops were open, so he was without water after going for a 10k jog. Everything else was generally ok."

"This hotel was really nice, very clean and had great views of the surrounding area and sea. The Breakfast was lovely and had a great level of choice. The pool is a great size and very clean. The hotels location is pretty good and only a 5/10 min walk from the centre. The hotel staff were nice, however I would say they weren’t as attentive as other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. I would recommend ironing your clothing and pack well as their iron they lend you is useless to say the least as it’s not a steam iron. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a great base to stay in Ibiza and would visit again!!!"

"The Grupotel is a smallish hotel (only 2 floors) on the outskirts of Santa Eularia. Half board is recommended as food variety and quality is good, and otherwise, you will need to get a taxi into town."
