"We went to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the Tabacón Team took it from there. After a long journey in, we arrived at an enthusiastic Bell Staff that quickly had us unloaded and onto a golf cart to whisk us away to our room. The entire welcoming process set a marvelous tone for the next few days. Every interaction with each staff member left us with a memorable impression. The profession of hospitality is not lost here. The restaurants are well-staffed, and the food is excellent. Breakfast each morning was a treat of Costa Rican and other international flavors. Try it all. The Spa team was the best we have experienced on any continent. Their technique, rapport, and amenities are not to be missed. We treated ourselves to the couples massage that was followed by our own personal hot tub. The property is immaculate and well-maintained. You are the very edge of the forest, where you can witness all manner of flora and fauna. We were so impressed that we will be bringing all 12 of us next time. Thank you. "

"Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. The room was cleaned daily and there was eco friendly hair products and toiletries. Room has a mini fridge, coffee maker and fresh water daily. Continental breakfast was amazing - at a restaurant on premises. Great selection! The springs were great- wasn’t a lot of people and we were able to enjoy it solo. The resort was beautiful and tranquil. You can hear the animals throughout the day esp the monkeys in the morning. We didnt get to see the monkey but we did see a sloth up in the tree- thanks to Ruben (who btw gave a great coffee/ chocolate tour). Big thank you to all the staff members- from the gentleman who greets you when entering, front desk staff, house keeping, and restaurant waiters/waitresses. All very pleasant and super helpful when we had any questions or concerns. Pura Vida. :) "
